Accelerating MedTech

Three Legacies. One Platform. Accelerating MedTech.

EXALTA brings together decades of medical device engineering, global manufacturing scale, and regulatory expertise under a single brand. Two business units. One mission: move better devices from concept to patient, faster.

How We Got Here

EXALTA was formed in January 2025 through the merger of three established medical device companies: Intech Medical, Resolve Surgical Technologies, and Tyber Medical. The combination was supported by Montagu Private Equity.

Each company brought a distinct strength. Intech built a global manufacturing network across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific over more than two decades. Resolve developed deep expertise in contract design, lifecycle management, and regulatory services for spine and cardiothoracic markets. Tyber earned a reputation for speed, launching more than 50 FDA-cleared and CE-marked implant systems since 2012.

Together, these capabilities form two complementary business units. Manufacturing Solutions delivers precision contract manufacturing at global scale. Integrated OEM Solutions provides end-to-end development, regulatory clearance, and commercial launch services. Both operate under a single quality system and a shared commitment to reducing time from concept to cleared product.
