Overview

The EXALTA Small-Fragment Plating System is designed for fixation of small bones and fragments in anatomically demanding trauma procedures. Utilizing Ø2.0 mm screws, the system supports precise stabilization and fusion of short bones. Low-profile, contourable plates are available in straight, Y, and T configurations to address a wide range of surgical needs. Plate hole designs accommodate both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to tailor fixation while minimizing soft tissue irritation.
