Overview

The EXALTA Mini-Fragment Plating System is designed for fixation of small bones and fragments in complex trauma procedures involving the hand, wrist, foot, and ankle. The system supports precise fusion and stabilization using Ø2.5 mm and Ø3.0 mm screws. A range of low-profile, contourable plate options, including straight, Y, and T configurations, provides flexibility across varied anatomical demands. Plate hole designs accommodate both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to tailor fixation while minimizing soft tissue irritation and optimizing anatomic fit.
