Micro-Fragment Plating System

Overview

The EXALTA Micro-Fragment Plating System is designed for fixation of very small bones and fragments in complex trauma procedures involving the hand, wrist, foot, and ankle. Utilizing Ø2.0 mm screws, the system supports precise stabilization and fusion in anatomically demanding applications. Low-profile, contourable plates are available in straight, Y, and T configurations to address a wide range of surgical needs. Plate hole designs support both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to customize fixation while maintaining anatomic fit and minimizing soft tissue disruption.
