Foot Plating System

Overview

The EXALTA Foot Plating System offers a comprehensive range of anatomy-specific, low-profile implants designed for fixation and fusion procedures throughout the foot. Plates feature specially designed holes compatible with both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to tailor fixation to anatomy and pathology. The system includes multiple plate configurations such as open wedge, TMT fusion, Lisfranc, navicular, Jones, and cuboid plates. These implants support fracture stabilization, joint fusion, osteotomies, nonunions, malunions, and revision procedures while maintaining stability and minimizing soft tissue disruption.
