The EXALTA Calcaneus Plating System provides low-profile, anatomy-specific implants designed for fixation of calcaneal fractures and reconstructive procedures. Plates feature specially designed holes compatible with both non-locking and variable angle locking screws, allowing surgeons to tailor fixation to fracture patterns and bone quality. The system includes multiple plate configurations such as ORIF calcaneus plates, calcaneus slide plates, and perimeter calcaneal plates.
